The Meyers family wishes you a happy and blessed 2021. May this year be one of joy, personal growth in your faith, strengthening of your family, and increasing resoluteness in your God-given purpose and mission.
We will all surely face unforeseen challenges in 2021, but we can be assured that none of these will be a surprise to our God. The Lord Jesus Christ promised that trouble and trial would accompany this life, but that He has overcome them all. So let us face 2021 with the righteousness of Christ, with hope and not fear, confidence and not cowardice, boldly carrying the message of the King and His kingdom into an increasingly lost generation. Jesus, with his church, is still the last man standing against the plans of our enemy. May we all continue to lean on Him as we fight the good fight of faith another year.
“For the righteous will never be moved; he will be remembered forever. He is not afraid of bad news; his heart is firm, trusting in the Lord. His heart is steady; he will not be afraid” Psalm 112:6-8
With that in mind, we have some plans for 2021 that we hope will be a blessing to our growing family of subscribers. I am hoping to complete work on a new book, “Meeting of the Waters – The Journey to Oneness in Marriage.” It has been slow going, but you can look for excerpts from that beginning in the first quarter of 2021 as we look for a publisher. We are also playing with the idea of a weekly program tentatively called, “Consider your Ways” where we’ll address a wide range of topics regarding marriage, family and parenting, review books on family topics, and whatever else the Lord leads me to consider with you all.
